The quote includes the use of the residence, bed sheets and bathroom towels, TV, teletext, air conditioning, telephone, hair-dryer, safe, water and electricity utilities.

It also includes the use of the heated (saltwater) swimming pool, bikes and secure parking.

Not included in the quote new WELLNESS AREA with heated swimming pool, wellness session, massages, beauty centre. Laundromat is available for our guests.

Final cleaning obligatory

• Studio apartment € 50.00 (kitchen excluded)
• Two-room apartment € 70.00 (kitchen excluded)
• Three-room apartment € 90.00 (kitchen excluded)
• Stay with small pets € 100.00

Upon departure, the kitchen must be returned perfectly clean. If you prefer that the cleaning is done by our staff there is an extra cost of € 70.00

• A deposit of €150,00 at the arrival will be requested and returned at the end of your stay.
• A down payment equal to 30% of the total amount will be requested at the time of booking. Balance will be due and the deposit will be refunded when keys are returned.
